Terms & Conditions
About these terms
Darling Flower Farm is the trading name of Jules Robson at Clogher, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland. These terms apply when you buy flowers or our online guide from us, or use this website. If anything here is unclear, please email hello@darlingflowerfarm.co.uk before you order.
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Our flowers
Grown in season. Our flowers are grown on the farm and we cut what is at its best that week. We cannot promise a particular flower, variety or shade for a particular date. Photographs and lists on this website show the kind of flowers we grow, not what any one order will contain.
A natural product. Stem length, size and colour vary, and how long cut flowers last depends on how they are kept once they leave us. We give care advice with every order.
For decoration only. Some flowers are harmful if eaten, by people or by pets, so please do not put them on food.
Prices are in pounds sterling. The price that applies is the one we confirm when you order.
Flowers For Your Day
Booking. Your date is booked once we have received your £50 booking deposit. Once we’ve confirmed your date is free, we’ll send you a link to pay it online by card or PayPal. The deposit comes off your final balance.
What you receive. Each arranger’s bucket holds around 45 to 55 seasonal stems: a mix of focal flowers, secondary flowers, fillers and foliage, chosen by us with your palette in mind from what is in season. The buckets are yours to keep. Vases, other vessels and tools are not included.
How many buckets. We will confirm your final number of buckets with you 8 weeks before your date. From then the number is fixed. The only change you can make after that is to your date, as set out below. If you find you would like extra flowers, ask us and we will help if we can, as a separate order.
Paying. We’ll send you an invoice for the balance once your bucket count is confirmed. You can pay it by card or PayPal through the invoice, or in cash. The balance is due on or before the day you collect your flowers or we deliver them, and we hand over or deliver your flowers once it has been paid.
Collection and delivery. You are welcome to collect from the farm. Delivery within 20 miles of the farm is free. Further afield we will quote a delivery fee, or we can arrange to meet you part of the way. We suggest having your flowers one or two days before your wedding.
If you cancel or change your date. Cancel at least 8 weeks before your date and your deposit is refunded in full. After that the deposit is not refundable, but it can be moved once to another date, subject to availability, as long as you give us at least 2 weeks’ notice. If you cancel inside 2 weeks the deposit is kept, as your flowers will already be set aside, and nothing further is owed.
Checking your flowers. Please look over your flowers with us when you collect or receive them. We’ll count your buckets together and ask you to confirm you’ve received them. If anything is wrong, please tell us the same day, with photographs, so that we can put it right while there is still time. Once the flowers are in your care, conditioning, storing and arranging them is in your hands.
Changing your mind. Fresh flowers are perishable and cut especially for your date, so they can’t be returned or refunded for a change of mind once you have collected them or we have delivered them. This doesn’t affect your rights if your flowers are faulty or not as described.
If we cannot supply. Weather, pests and disease can all affect a crop. If we cannot supply the flowers you have booked, we will tell you as soon as we know, offer what we do have, and refund anything you have paid for flowers we cannot provide, including your deposit if we cannot supply at all.
Your guide. Every Flowers For Your Day booking includes a guide written around the stems in your buckets, and access to our full online guide, A Guide to Arranging Your Own Wedding Flowers.
Florist orders
Ordering. There is no minimum order. Orders placed by Tuesday evening are guaranteed for delivery or collection that week; later orders are welcome if we have the stems. Availability changes with the weather. If we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will tell you before delivery and you will not be charged for it.
Delivery. We deliver across Mid Ulster, Tyrone and Fermanagh. Delivery is free on orders of £100 or more; for smaller orders there is a small delivery charge, which we will confirm when you order. You are also welcome to collect.
Paying. We invoice when your order leaves the farm, and payment is due on receipt of the invoice.
If something is not right. Please tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photograph, and we will replace the stems or credit you for them.
A Guide to Arranging Your Own Wedding Flowers
How it is sold. Our online guide is sold and delivered through Payhip, who take the payment. The price is £27 plus VAT where applicable; VAT is added at checkout where your country requires it. Payhip’s own terms also apply to your purchase.
How you read it. The guide is read online. It is not a download or a printed book. We update it from time to time, and we aim to keep it available to you for as long as we offer it for sale.
For your own use. The guide is for you and your own wedding or event. Please do not copy it, share your access to it, sell it or publish any part of it.
Changing your mind. You have 14 days from the day you buy to change your mind, as long as you have not opened the guide. The guide is available as soon as you pay, so by opening it you ask us to supply it straight away and accept that you lose the right to cancel.
If there is a problem. If you cannot open the guide, or it is not as described, email us and we will put it right or refund you.
What the guide is. The guide gives general guidance, and results depend on your flowers, the conditions you keep them in and a little practice. The step images are illustrations. The stem calculator gives estimates. The supplier directory was compiled from each supplier’s own website; details change and a listing is not a recommendation, so please check with the supplier before you order.

Our responsibility to you
If we fail to do what we have promised, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result, up to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our control, such as severe weather, though we will always refund you for anything we cannot supply.
We do not limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and disputes can be brought in the courts of Northern Ireland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you can also bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page on the day you order. These terms were last updated in October 2026.
